This is a Deep Dive into you, your pregnancy and preparing for your birth. Perhaps you want to master relaxation techniques, or you want prep your Birth Partner on ways to support you? Or is it a scheduled C-section and you want to know how own it...?

When you book we'll have a 15 minute call before our hour together to discuss your journey and what you want to get from the session.

You wouldn't run a marathon without preparation, the same goes for childbirth. Invest in yourself... selfcare for not just you, but your baby!
